Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that material available on The Cruxy infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notification. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. To file a counter notification, please send an email to our designated Copyright Agent at wasimabbas3736490@gmail.com. In your counter notification, please include:
- Your contact information, including your name, address, email address, and phone number.
- The specific location (URL) of the material that has been removed or disabled.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you reside (if in the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original copyright infringement notification.
Upon receiving a valid counter notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement, we may replace or restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA.
